Fees and Appointments

Appointments can be made by calling 310-843-9902. Leave your name and telephone number on the voicemail and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
The office operates on a fee for service basis. Insurance is not accepted; however, you will be presented with insurance “point of service” statements which you can submit yourself to your insurance carrier for reimbursement consideration. You are asked to pay at the time of service. Payments can be made with check, cash or credit card.

For your convenience, please download the initial visit forms below, fill them out and bring them with you to the first session. Sessions are 50 minutes in length unless longer sessions are requested. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Sex addiction is a problem affecting people of all backgrounds. CHS welcomes people of all sexual orientations, races, ages, etc.
