He strongly believes that true psychological and spiritual growth can only occur in a safe environment, which he provides for all of his clients. He holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, where he developed his personal therapeutic style of empathic listening, exploring early childhood trauma, and encouraging personal responsibility. His practice is based in Attachment Theory, which focuses on our earliest childhood experiences to shed light on how we learned to relate to other people, and brings love and empathy to the patterns we have created in order to protect ourselves from being hurt. Greg frequently teaches workshops centered around how to create a deeper sense of love and appreciation toward ourselves, as well as how to overcome addictions that have taken control of our lives.
